Our poor pup was having a bad reaction to something and was absolutely miserable. Our regular vet wasn't going to be able to see him for a few days. Dr Patel was amazing! She took the time to fully examine him, explain everything that was going on, go over the costs, and even clipped his nails since he was going to need to miss his groomer appointment because the medicine she was applying couldn't be washed off for a few weeks. We were thrilled to learn that they offer well care visits in addition to Urgent Care! We will be moving all of our pet care (for our 5 babies) to Petdoc!! Thank you, Dr Patel, so much for the great experience and for the gentle care you gave our baby boy!

We had to put our sweet boy Whitman down and the kind, compassionate care we all experienced was unbelievable. 5 star rating is not enough for this practice. Really nice people, clean and quiet facility. The younger Dr. Patel went the extra mile and contacted Alaska Airlines to verify what was needed for domestic animal flight certification for us.

My experience was absolutely amazing, the process was easy in and out. Everything was clean, organized smelled amazing. The doctor was so caring and answered all my questions, he was also detailed with the treatment plan Definitely recommend and the pricing was very reasonable as well definitely will be coming back For other services.

Amazing vet! I took my dog in for an emergency and was seen right away. The vet was kind and caring towards my dog and he took the time to explain what was going to me. Also was a very fair and great price for an emergency visit! Highly recommend.

Dr. Patel was amazing from the moment she answered my urgent phone call. She was accommodating, kind, personable, and patient. She saw my dog, Gabriella, right away and took the time to explain everything to me afterwards. I left with all the supplies and information I needed, feeling confident and comfortable about the care Gabriella received. Dr. Patel was also honest and up front with me about costs. I highly recommend this facility, the vets and will absolutely return for any future need. The establishment itself is also beautiful.

I brought my dog Gracie in after she woke up and was having major trouble walking and using her hind legs. Dr. Patel took the time to examine her and talk to me about what the issue could be. She was very friendly and professional and made me feel a lot of better about the situation before I left. I would definitely recommend PetDoc to anyone who has a pet that needs urgent care.

Sadly, Dr. Patel had to inform us that our beloved 14 year old dog was terminally ill. She was extremely kind when she delivered the message, and provided compassionate end-of-life services. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking vet care.

I made a horrible error, giving my 15 pound Yorkshire/Jack Russell Terrier mix (Schatzi) the 4 medications for my 38 pound hound/beagle mix, "Phineas." I called PetDoc Urgent Care. They answered IMMEDIATELY and the doctor was amazing. We rushed Schatzi to PetDoc. Doc induced vomiting, and Schatzi almost immediately threw up the meds she should have never ingested. She is fine, now, at home. PetDoc Urgent Care came through with quick, extraordinary, competent care WHEN WE NEEDED IT. Office was spotless. Doctor was so kind and warm to Schatzi. These are vets who care for animals, and it shows! It is a family practice with three licensed University of Penn veterinarians, the father and two daughters. Just when I thought, "This place couldn't get any better," it got even better! They're OPEN ON JULY 4TH, so ailing pets with emergency problems can get help! AAAAAA++++++ Vet Clinic! I'd award 10 stars if this site allowed it!

Absolutely amazing service beautiful office great staff. My German Shepherd was having swollen and irritated eyes they were droopy red she was squinting it was a Saturday my regular vet was closed decided to check this place out it was wonderful I highly recommend my Shepherd is doing great after some steroid drops! Prices were not bad either compared to emergency vets in my area.

They answered our call well before business hours and made areangements to see our kitten first thing. The entire staff was very knowlegable, friendly and helpful. They took amazing care of our little Simon and gained lifelong customers. They will be the only vet that we use from now on.

While I hope you don’t need emergency care for your pet due to any sort of accident, if you do, you’ll be so glad you came to PetDoc. My pup got into something he shouldn’t have and was really not feeling well. PetDoc fit us in right away, listened to all my concerns and had our little guy’s work up done quickly. So grateful we ended up here! The team was very thorough and the facility was clean and very welcoming. Thank you so much for caring for Ollie (and easing our worries along the way!!).

Very clean facility. Kind staff. Vet was super helpful and informative of the treatment options and what steps would be required for each potential diagnosis for the best outcome. Reasonable and transparent pricing provided, too. They gave my cat an antibiotic injection so I wouldn’t have to struggle to give him meds multiple times a day and easy to give pain meds too. It was my first visit there but I would def go back without hesitation and recommend to other pet owners. They even called to check up on how my cat was doing a couple days later.

Had a great experience at PetDoc. The staff was kind, the place was clean, and they took amazing care of my dog. You can tell they really care about the animals. Highly recommend for anyone needing quick, caring help for their pets.
